SSR & Wi Fi

Does SSR have wi fi in all of the villas? And is it free to use?

We'll be there soon and I'm thinking about bringing my laptop to keep up with work emails . The laptop is wired for wi fi. When I brought it to Hilton Head last time, it worked fine.

High Speed Internet at the WDW area DVC Resorts is Wired. It is free for members using their membership (Cash or Points reserved by MS).

Your computer will need to be ethernet accessible.

Wi-Fi is generally not offered in the rooms as a service. It is available in some select locations at a $9.95/day charge. At one point it was free in the Beach Club lobby, don't know if that it still true.

In the rooms, it is wired Ethernet. If you are a DVC member staying on points, it is free, otherwise it is $9.95/day. If you want the flexibility of Wi-Fi, a travel router should do the trick.

There's an ethernet cable in the closet for you to use. Pretty fast speed too. I think I clocked a 2-3mbps download.

Stick a wireless router in your bag and you can make your own network. We do every trip and support about 3 laptops.
