Supposed to be by summer. It was reported that they are on the last building (or two) of Grandstand and then will move onto Carousel, which only has 2 buildings.

I have never stayed here before. However, the time that I want to go only Standard and no preferred avail. What is likelihood of a refurbed standard studio in mid-June? Are the standard rooms a VERY long walk to Disney Springs? We wanted preferred only for that. We are adults not doing any parks- just relaxing.

Mid June would be a 98-100% chance of getting a refurbished room. Some standard rooms are further from DS. Some of the Paddock buildings are pretty close.
