SSR waiting list for July??

We are closing this week with Timeshare Store for our DVC And as soon as closing is final we have to wait 7-10 days to be put in disney's system so we can call them to book our first reservation. Was wondering if anyone is having trouble getting in for the week of June 28-July 5? Or if there is a wait list already for it? We want a studio for that week and just hope its not already to late. Any input would be great...Thanks

No guarantees, of course, but a studio at SSR or OKW for those dates will very likely still be available.

You (probably!) shouldn't have a problem. I believe I called in Sept. for a studio in December (16-22) and got one easily. I think Dec. is one of the busiest times of year, so if I could get one then, I think you should be able to get a room in a slightly less busier time.

I recently added on a day, July 2nd, for a 2BR and had no problem.

We're staying from June 29-July 6 and when we tried to get a 2bdroom, the only places available were SSR and OKW, and they were very available. I know that 2bedrooms are very popular, so if those are available, I don't see why you couldn't get a studio for then; but I'd call the second you can b/c that's one of the busiest weeks of the year.
