There is a bus that will take you from the THV to SSR where you catch a bus to the theme parks. You can take a boat from the THV to Disney Springs. Or you can walk to the Grandstand bus stop and catch a bus there to either locations.

oh so the boats are pretty close?

Here's a map of the Tree house area. You may be far from the dock or bus stops, all depends on where your units is located.

So, walking to Disney Springs from the tree houses. I know of the walking bridge close to the Carriage House boat dock. Some maps I look at appear to show another bridge in between TH 7030 & 7031 across the river and onto a walking path to DSprings. Is this one an option for walkers as well?

consider your environment before any walk, especially dusk to dark ... think hot, muggy, buggy, repeat!

That might be a cart path bridge, not a walking bridge. You have to stay off the golf course.

Your best options are either the boats (we had luck as they seemed frequent) or the Grandstand bus stop as previously mentioned. The treehouse bus stop is an absolute dice roll.

So, from the lower treehouse bus stop, walking briskly, how much time should I allow to the Grandstand bus stop?

That bridge connects to the walking path from OKW to DS - it is a popular walking/running path. As a PP mentioned, it is closed dusk to dawn. FWIW I have seen runners utilize that bridge, doesn't mean it isn't designed for carts though!

That bridge is used by cast member carts, but not golf carts. At one time, there was a sign saying 'Cast Members Only'. However, that sign was no longer there the last few times I walked the DS to OKW path.

It's a bit longer with kids, but 5-10 minutes is a good range.

If you're planning on walking, you can request a treehouse "near the pool" in the checkin tool and that will get you near the walking path (and boat dock). With that said, the good thing about the Carriage House stop is it's the first for the parks so the bus will have room. The bad thing is you're going to spend another 15 minutes or so going to the other bus stops in SSR. Usually when we have a THV we rent a car and drive to parks other than MK. (and if my planning fu is good, that's also a trip we go to Universal)

At SSR, the boat goes from the dock near the Carriage House to the THV dock to the Disney Springs dock and back.

When leaving Disney Springs for Saratoga by boat, which dock (Marketplace, Landing, West Side) will I leave from?
And when I leave SSR for DS, which dock will it arrive at first?

To/From SSR will be the Landing (Blue Route).
