SSR Treehouse Villa for Labor Day 2012 at 7-month Window

Hi folks:

Anyone have an experience (successful or otherwise) securing a reservation for a SSR Treehouse Villa at 7-month Window around Labor Day?

We are planning a week in 2012 that will "straddle" Labor Day Weekend.

Well Clark, we stayed in a THV over Labor Day week in 2009 but booked at the 11 month window. I can only speak to the time of year and it is FANTASTIC for low crowds but VERY HOT weather-wise. We had a blast. Hope you do too.

The treehouses are very popular so it may be difficult to book at the 7 month window. We tried to add another night onto our June trip at the 7 month window and had no luck.

We are booked for Sept. 19-28th this year and we booked it at the 7 month date and it was fine. There were a few left when we booked so it wasn't a huge deal, but I'm not sure if it's busier for labor day weekend.
