SSR to TL and back again?

So, do I understand this correctly?

In the morning, we can take a bus from SSR directly to TL?

But, when we come home at the end of the day, we have to take a bus from TL to Epcot, where we then wait for a bus to SSR?

Somebody please tell me I'm wrong. This is asinine.

The TL bus is part of another route at all times of the day- at most resorts it is part of their DTD run. You will get on the bus to TL and wherever else it is going to and get off at the TL stop. Then when you are ready to go back you will get on at the SSR stop and bus they may stop at another park or DTD on the way to the resort but you don't have to change buses just allow for the time to get there with additional stops.

This is the current disclaimer regarding TL transport. I would be OH SO happy if it were incorrect? Anyone?

As of 6/10/14: Bus service to and from the water park after 2:00pm will only be available at Epcot. Guests traveling to Typhoon Lagoon after 2:00 will need to get to Epcot, then get on the Typhoon Lagoon bus. When leaving the water park, you will be dropped off at Epcot, then you can take other transportation from there. This is all due to the transportation changes at Downtown Disney.

We haven't been to TL since that time so I am not sure- they may have changed the routes but that seems a little odd. If you have a car you can park for free at TL- we took the buses the last time we went but it was May of 2014 so it was before the change in transportation was mentioned. aYou might check and ask this on the transportation board as they are more liekyl to stay on top of transportation changes.
