SSR to Disney Springs and back

We live overseas so will not receive our magic bands in the mail. We will take Disney transportation to SSR. Can we take the boat shuttle to Disney Springs and back to SSR without checking in and having our magic bands? (My sister is bringing our bands, but she arrives 3 hours after we do!) Thank you!

Yes, you don't need to scan your magic bands to use the boat shuttle between DS and SSR. It is also a short, pleasant walk if you need to stretch your legs.

Using any of the complimentary Disney provided transportation. We have regularly used the monorail, buses, boats etc. without being on-property guests or even tickets to the parks. Last time was in December when we visited the hotels to see the Christmas decorations.
