I looked on the DVC site, and it looks like it still has the same old bed and sleeper sofa configuration it had in 2007. I thought they had done some update of possible sleep surfaces.
Can someone refer me to updated info, please.
I swear that room floor plan is from when the resort opened.

We stayed in a studio in the Congress Park section of SSR in late Feb and it was the renovated room with the pull-down Murphy bed as opposed to a pull-out couch. More than half the resort has been renovated. I can't seem to post links but if you google "saratoga springs renovations", the DVCfan link which is the first result has a map of which sections of the resort have been renovated as of the end of 2020.

In August our DS was in a Congress Park studio and took these pictures.

He only tried the Murphy bed, didn’t sleep on it, but thought it was a good mattress.

Saratoga remains a studio that sleeps 4, if that is the heart of your question. Two total sleep surfaces in the studio, each permitting two over age 3.

An additional sleep surface was added in the 1BR bringing those units to a native 5.

No room for a sleeper chair in the renovated SSR studio. It remains occupancy limit of 4.

Thanks everyone. I was not looking for 5 people, but separate sleeping surfaces for adult women who are friends, but not necessarily wanting to share a bed. So that may mean 2. Don't have extra points. It will be fine.

I don’t think there has ever been a sleeper chair in a SSR studio, 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom. New 1 bedrooms sleep 5 with the fold down trundle bed under the TV. The only studios that sleep 5 are VGF, RIV, BRV, BCV and BWV. They all have the trundle bed.

No studios had a sleeper chair. Just OKW, AKV, BLT one bedrooms or larger had the sleeper chair in the living room. Some studios have the murphy bed, not a trundle bed that pulls out from under the bed. I think all the trundles are gone from WDW.
