SSR studio kitchenette - what's it stocked with?

I know the "kitchen" has a small fridge, sink, microwave and coffee maker.

Does it have a toaster or anything else I'm missing?

Also, does it come stocked with any utensils, plates, bowls, cups, etc?

Yes, there is a toaster, and it will have plastic ware and paper plates and bowls. If you need more, you just request them from housekeeping. There are also a couple of cups and glasses.
