SSR - studio - Do we need a car ?

We love the relaxation grounds of the SSR.
We will not have a car.
We will have a studio - we do not care about the view from our room.

Where should we ask to be located to be near the food court, laundry and bus stop ?
Could we have a room close to all?

We would reserve through Davids

Could we get and request a room in The Springs?

To get a room in Springs, you must book Saratoga Springs Preferred. The Preferred category is not a view, but a location -- the Springs or Congress Park. Either is a request within Preferred, but you cannot get Springs booking Standard.

The best Standard for near the Quick Service (there is no "food court") is Grandstand. There is laundry at Springs, Congress Park, Grandstand and Paddock. There are bus stops throughout the resort. There is also a QS at the Paddock pool that is quite servicable; Paddock is Standard. That said, there is risk in a Standard booking of being assigned Carousel, which is quiet... but remote.
