SSR Special Requests

We are heading to SSR in March with my boyfriends 79 year old mother. We are going to let her decide if/when she will require a wheel chair while touring the parks. My question is this, I looked at the map for the resort, and it looks huge. Is there a building that I could request to try to keep her close to the main building/restaurant/bus stop? Are special requests accepted? Thanks!

The Springs will be the closest, Grandstand not that much further. Congress Park will be closer to DD and there is a bus stop right there. If she's frail enough to even consider a wheelchair, she may not do well with any of them without the WC to spell her at times. I hope y ou have a great trip.
