SSR spa question and Sturdy Branches

Has anyone had a pedicure at SSR spa, peppermint or otherwise? I've booked DH and I for them in May and was told they don't use massage chairs (which we LOVE) and was just wondering how your experience was. The person on the phone was a little curt with me but hey, maybe it was a bad day.
DH has had massages there and was very pleased so I booked us some also. We are home in December at VWL and have never been to Sturdy Branches and wanted to get massages while there. Anyone experienced one there? Thanks in advance!

DD and I have had several pedicures at SSR spa and I remember the chairs having a key pad on a cord. I didn't do anything with the key pad but my DD pushed every button and proclaimed we should have one at home. Not exactly sure what it did though. We are trying the mother/daughter spa package on 4/20 - I can't wait.
