SSR sales center hours

Does anyone happen to know the hours for the sales center at SSR? I am going to have to head over there to pick up a temporary membership card because ours haven't arrived yet.

We are upgrading our park tickets to AP's so we'll need the card to get a discount.

Will my husband need a membership card for the discount or do we just need one for the family? I'm just trying to decide if I need to take the whole family over to SSR to get the cards or if I can go alone.
