what incentive exist for purchase of SSR&S by 05/05/2004

Points are $89 per point.
You receive $5 off per point (I do not know if there is a minimum point purchase with this -- I don't think so) to make it $84 per point as of right now; minimum 25 points with cash, 50 point puchase with Disney financing.
Magical Beginnings is still going on -- minimum 100 point purchase, $10 off per point ($79 per point) if you give up your first years worth of points (you can still borrow your second year of points).
