SSR Room location

We're leaving in twoo weeks and I need some help! We're staying at SSR and my dad would like to be able to walk to the food court for coffee each morning and walk back. (I know there are coffee makers in the room, but he likes to buy a mug and get out for a few mins in the morning.) Since the reosrt is so spread out, which are is closest to the food court area? I've looked at the map of SSR on Deb's site, but I can't tell which area we should request. Thanks for any help!

The resort is spread out, but the food court is centrally located. Most of the walks will be 5-10 minutes. The closet buildings to the food court is the Springs and Grand Stand sections.

To be honest, unless you were stuck in the Carousel section or the last building in Congress Park, your walks to AP will be fine. When you check-in and you think you are too far out, just ask them to check on other locations that are closer to AP.

go for the springs to me they seem the nicest. The views look wonderful and they are close to the food court. If they say paddock tell them to look again..

I know how you feel, we just got another 5-7 inches from a storm that they said would produce 1 inch! Oops, they were a bit off!

We have stayed at congress park 3x and the paddocks once. The walk from the paddock is a lovely quiet walk in the morning across the bridge.

My dh does the coffee thing in the morning!
