SSR - resort area names?

We're new to the DVC and will be heading to our home resort of SSR December next year....

Can anyone help with the names of the villas/areas and where is good to ask for (subject to availablity of course) when we call MS in the new year? We're not too fussed about being really close to a pool or such as we're all up to walking from home to restaurant/bus stop etc....and we'll probably take lots of trips to DTD too. I'm not so good on boats so feet or bus will be our preferred method of travel!!

depending on which side of DTD you prefer, you might ask for congress park or the grandstand.
