Does anyone know how the refurb is going and if there is an estimated month/ year for completion thanks

It may be on hold for now. I haven't heard anything more about it other than they stopped it when they shut everything down.

How far done is it?

They are working on the 3 Springs buildings. I have heard that one of the Springs buildings might be open. Also heard they started on the Paddock area. It seems to be moving along good now with low occupancy, they can work on more than one building at once.
