SSR Questions

We're leaving in two weeks and I have a few practical questions:


Can we buy milk at the resort? If so, in quarts/half-gallons or just in small 1/2 pint containers?

Is one allowed to take baby floats in the main pool?

I've requested a studio in the Springs section because I have a 16 month and the extra walking from the Paddock will mean lots of extra frustration. Has anyone ever been turned down for a section request or is there usually enough room at SSR?

How late can we refill our mugs?

Where is the laundry that folks staying in studios can use (I believe studios do not have laundry in the rooms, right?)?

Okay....I know some of these!! LoL

Yes, they sell milk. In half gallons.

Not sure about the baby float, but pretty sure. Kids had those noodles and our little ones wore arm floaties.

In our 2 trips, we were given the section we requested (Congress park with DTD view). In May, we checked in at 11am and had to wait til 2 for our room (STILL 2 hours before actual check-in time). In May of 2005, it was ready right away.

I believe Artist's Palette is open til 11, but may be later???

There is a laundry room right on the "main street" near the theater and where you rent the surreys.

Someone else with a few more SSR stays may be able to elaborate on what I have posted.

We were at SSR last week & there were several babies in some kind of blowup boats so I'm sure a float is fine.
