Exactly what the title says, I have 2 boys 9(about 80 lbs) and 7 (about 45 lbs) that will be sleeping on the SSR studio pullout for 12 nights:scared1: are the pullouts really THAT bad? I have read some pretty terrible things about them. Can anyone give me their experience? Thanks:thumbsup2

My DD (15) slept on the pullout this last trip without complaint. You should know though that it is not a queen sized bed, but rather a double. (the queen sized ones are in the 1 & 2 br units as well as the GVs). You might want to have a back-up plan if there's sleep-kicking going on.

Ours was horrible in January; however the boys were so tired they really did not complain. There was a previous thread on here regarding this same subject and I seem to be one of the few that had a bad bed. That being said more people did not have a bad experience than did. Enjoy your stay!

The pull out might be a bit small for your two boys but i'm 6ft 215lbs and have slept fine on the pull out for several nights. Are they as nice as a real bed not really but for a vacation stay its fine.

I spent a week on it when I took my Mom for a trip in December. It wasn't bad and I'm used to sleeping on a water bed.

I tried sleeping on one in the summer of 07. I didn't find it comfortable so ended up just sleeping on the cushions (very comfy).

This past Decemeber, had to try it again. First night I slept OK. But the rest of the week was no problem whatsoever. I wouldn't say I was as comfortable as those in the bed. But I was able to sleep and wake up without a sore back. I was 42 at the time.

Now if I could just get use to the "rock hard" beds at OKW I would be just fine.

I just slept on the sleeper sofa in my parents studio this past weekend and it was a lot better than I expected.

really? im a 31 year old adult and im 6'2 220# and i slept on a saratoga sleeper twice and i thought it was great both times. 1x it was in the springs and 1x it was in the grandstand

i guess ive been lucky

Thank you everyone for your help! I think with the boys being smaller and not "adult" sized they will be fine! Thanks again:thumbsup2

FYI, the sleeper sofa in a Studio villa is Full-sized. Bigger than a Twin...smaller than a Queen.

Two boys for 12 nights....good luck!!!!!

We had a 2BR in The Springs in late January. My daughter slept on the pull out and LOVED it! Had my three boys in the 2nd bedroom, the 8 and 10 tried to share a bed, which lasted one night.

We took the cushions from the couch and made a "bed" for him on the floor. It was comfy and perfect and he thought it was a fort.

Just an idea if they get too close! : )

I slept on the pullout for a few nights our last trip and I didn't mind it. It wasnt as comfortable as a regular bed but for a pullout.

They are excellent, we came home and bought one in a different fabric.... no complaints from me or any of my guests that have slept on it, quite the opposite.
