SSR - Phase III Completion

Anyone know when phase 3 of SSR will be complete. I am planning to visit WDW in May 2007 and am considering staying at SSR so as to experience the finished product.

I've read that the six units for Phase III are to be completed in "Mid-2007".
Definite wiggle room in there.

I went on a tour last week and our guide indicated it would open by summer. I believe the thinking was we'd see it on our upcoming May trip.

The buildings are up and work is moving along swiftly. I took some constructin photos so I'd remember what it looked like before.
