SSR Phase 3

Anyone else catch the new map on Page 16 of the Vacation Magic? It displays the areas "under development" for Phase 3 of the resort.

The larger area was expected--that's where the DI Fairway Villas reside. What's curious is the smaller area immediately inside the front gate.

Do you think they are going to split up the new buildings 4/2 in those two areas? Or could something else be planned?

When I first looked at the map, I wondered if they might be considering moving the guest registration area to the front of the resort and reconfiguring things in the current "Carriage House"--perhaps more dining space. But now that I look closer, that area inside the gate looks far too big for add-on common area. It's practically the same size as the entire Carriage House / High Rock Spring / Artist Palette / Preview Center / Spa complex as it exists today.

I noticed the map as well. If what is shown is correct, I think they will split up the buildings. I can only assume that they would put two "up front" near DVC Way (and hopefully a quiet pool?) and the other four buildings in the larger section.

It would be great if they plan for another restaurant and theme pool up front (instead of villas) and put all 6 villa buildings (and a quiet pool...there's room) in the larger section.

I will say that the location of the boat dock makes a little more sense now...though I still don't think it will be used as much as they hope.

Saw the map too, one can only hope for more dining space somewhere. After seeing the size of Artist's Palette, there is going to be a need for more of something, anything. I agree that the buildings will probably be split.
