SSR Owner's: What unit do you own? RESULTS post #32

In response to other threads questioning how much of SSR is sold, and Dean's thread stating that a reliable source told him that SSR sales are 'not just below expectations, but not going well at all', I was wondering if we can figure out just how much of SSR is actually sold.

So, when did you buy SSR, what 'unit' is your ownership interest, and what UY.

I'll go first:

Purchased August 2003 (pre-sale, closed May 2004), unit '1F', UY June

Note: it is my understanding that unit numbers consist of a building number, and number representing a cluster of rooms of a single use year declared into inventory at one time. Based on the percentage of unit 1F my points represent, I've concluded that '1F' is probably a cluster of 2 2-br units. I'm not sure about building numbers though. At OKW, it was the actual building number. At SSR, it could represent a single building, or if it's like the room numbering scheme, it could represent 2 buildings. If anyone knows, please post. Otherwise, we'll probably be able to figure it out based on responses to this thread.

We bought .6740% of unit 76B in January 2006--- with a September UY.

We own 0.659% of Unit 1L..bought in sept. 2003 and recieved our paper work on nov. 11th 2003...we bought before it was built.... UY feb...

P.S. for those who can't find it look on you second or third sheet of your paperwork it says the % and unit number.

Well, it doesn't look like this is going to work.

At OKW, the 'unit' number relates directly to a particular building. For instance, I can tell that my 3 contracts are for buildings 26, 52, and 62.
And from my purchase dates, I can tell more or less what building was selling at what time.

I thought if the SSR unit numbers were the same way, we could estimate the amount of sales.
But it looks like with these numbers it's not possible to tell from the unit number what building it is.

We have .3284% of unit 27A (150pts) - bought October 2004 and use year is June.
