Has anyone seen the large number of units at Saratoga posted on Interval getaways?

I was surprised to see studios, 1 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms and the price!!!! woo hoo. those of us renting points need to pay CLOSE attention to what value interval is putting on these!

I am not seeing them on exchange anyone. I think they downgraded the value of my intown week. Anyone care to illuminate....... me are there weeks posted in blocks like this for exchange???

They are out there and have been for at least a month, but they are not moving at those prices. They are just sitting there . . . .

are you sure you can't see the DVC units?

The getaway rental prices are quite high. Generally a bit less than rack, but not as generous as a typical CRO discount.

I can No longer see any DVC unit's posted. I used to but not any more.

I own a week 13 April. On cape Cod. it always was a good trader I am not sure why I have been downgraded.

As for price I surprised at how high the getaway weeks were valued since I can get a Marriott for 500 a week,

try again - some others also have been downgraded and they think it was mistake.

since II won't say your rating - it is hard to tell.

you should be able to see the ones in Sept - since it is within 60 days (or at least one or two of them).

Call II and see why?

I think it is probably a resort quality issue, not a trade power issue, as II recently updated all their resort quality ratings---there was a period where restrictions were lifted (my Select resort was seeing FSA!) but they've tightened back down.

You need both power and quality to see DVC, and many resorts on the Cape have great locations, but are pretty long in the tooth---yours might have fallen out of the like-for-like window.

I have no idea why I am seeing no DVC what so ever, Only in exchanges.
As for downgrading the value due to resort quality, that would surprise me. " Iuse the day facilitys at least once a week, and the property is immaculate and popular with vacationers??
