SSR/OKW/BWV Pictures

We are thinking of purchasing DVC. If we purchase through Disney from my understanding our only choices are OKW, SSR and AKL. Correct? AKL to me is to isolated from the rest of the world. That leaves SSR and OKW.

We really like the location of BWV as you can walk to Epcot, take a boat to MGM, etc so would possibly consider buying resale. My main reason for not is contract ends the soonest.

No matter where we purchase we are looking at a 1 bedroom. If there is anyone that has pictures of any of these resorts that could help in our decision making, it would be greatly appreciated.

Are you aware that you will not be purchasing a 1BR unit, but points which you can use to get the size accommodations that you want?

I have quite a few pictures of a 1BR at OKW that are fairly recent (2007), but will have to post them this evening when I get home from work. The 1BR units at OKW are the largest in the DVC system.

Thanks. Yes I understand I am buying points. I meant I was going to buy enough points to be able to rent a 1 bedroom.

NOT correct.

the smaller resorts like BWV, BCV and VWL CAN be purchased directly through disney, but you will need to work a little harder to convince your guide that you'd rather waitlist if necessary than buy into SSR, OKW or AKV.

the other resorts contracts do end sooner, though (and can be purchased more cheaply if you look for a resale contract.)
