Either there are buyers that don't care or are uneducated in the process, or some sellers who can sell heaters in the Caribbean.

The resales prices are getting crazy... I am currently in ROFR for a OCT UY SSR 100/15,100/16 @$84 pp... I thought that was too much!

I recently spoke to a rep at a resale company looking to purchase 220 points with like 88 banked at SSR and the full allotment available for 2016. They were asking like 83 per point. I sent in an offer of 75 the rep called me back and said they already accepted a lower offer but had like 260 at board walk no banked points but all available December 2016 that the seller would take at 75 a point. I balked to research and lost out on that.

This was sell your time share now- I hate their website but they seem to have lower prices they don't tell you about how many points are available so you have to contact them.
