So I was on a bus at SSR, the bus was full when it got to the springs.

At the springs a family of about 12 wanted to get on the full bus.

The mother got on the buss yelling for everyone to move back.

In the process of her yelling one child was hit and cut by a stroller.

The child’s brother spoke up and said there is no more room the isle was full of strollers.

This adult lady them tried to stare this child down for the entire bus ride.

As the bus was unloading, to mother of the two children let the rude lady and her family know they had just started a fight with two disabled children, and One of the children had injuries from where he where he was hit with the stroller as everyone pushed by.

The entitled family never even acknowledge any of it, they just walked away.

All could have been avoided if SSR had more buses

This seems like more of an issue with the entitled person but /shrug

Sure to more busses … can’t hurt - also possible the next bus was around the corner too - but people treating everything like it’s Black Friday at Walmart, and the behaviors that go with it, are getting old

it was a solid 35 minute wait for the bus, so that didn’t help…

Disney operating under Covid Cover. Yes, people’s sense of entitlement and lack of self awareness is a big factor but Disney needs to step up their transportation and level of service.

I think Disney loves the guest who will pay for a Lyft and let them off the hook for their bad transportation.

Yeahhh I was just there this past weekend at OKW and I get that it was a marathon weekend.. but the first bus of the day didn't show up until 910 and ended up taking half an hour to get from OKW to Epcot. Pretty much missed out entirely on early entry as a result. It really left a sour taste for me regarding OKW especially after staying at BWV the night before.

have to be honest,
I have used Lyft to go too and from dinners rather than taking 90 minutes to use Disney transport
