SSR Memorial Day weekend

I decided to run away for the weekend during Memorial Day and I booked SSR. The players are going to be me, two friends and my brother. The question is parks or no parks? My finances are fine but my friends don't really have the extra cash to buy a 3 or 4 day ticket. I was thinking we could just relax by the pool and spend some time at DTD and/or Pleasure Island at night. Any other thoughts on what we can do during a parkless trip? We will not be renting a car either.

Take endless tours of the AKV and SSR models to get the free ice cream!

How about minature golf, there are four courses at WDW. What about buying a day pass to Blizzard Beach, DVC discount and not expensive as a park tickect.

Spend a day exploring all the different resorts.

Great ideas! Mini golf could be lots of fun! If I remember correctly it wasn't very expensive either! I've never done a water park. Sounds like that could be a viable option too!

Blizzard Beach is our favorite water park! Lots fun, the lazy river is really long and relaxing. They have a donut shack!
Lots of slides, but the lines do tend to long after 11 am.
