SSR location/room type help needed

We are booking a grand villa. There are 4 strollers in our group so we would like to be near the first bus stop. Given that room requests are not guaranteed, which room type/view gives us the best chance of being near the bus stop? I have never set foot on SSR property so I have no idea what I am even considering. lol

The Grandstand Section is the first stop for theme park buses. Grandstand is also near to the Carriage House (check-in, main dining, shops).

The Grandstand, Carousel, and Paddock Sections are in the Standard Category, while the Springs & Congress Park are in the Preferred Category.

SSR consists of a total of 18 buildings that each have the same room configuration. As for Grand Villas, there are 2 in each of the buildings.

Do you have a preferred or standard "view"?
Preferred would put you in the Springs near the main building and amenities, or in Congress Park that would be near the walk to Disney Springs.

Each section has its own pro and con, except the Carousel which is the most remote and doesn't have a feature pool.
