I just booked for our family to stay at a Saratoga Springs villa during September 2008 with the 40% code. This will be the first time we have ever stayed there and in a villa and I was looking for any tips or suggestions on groceries or ideas on being in Disney without their dining plan?? We have always booked DD before so this will be new to us, what do you think

here's the SSR owners/lovers thread from the DVC forums - good for some pics and discussion about SSR.

also check out discussions on the DVC forums about using the kitchen areas in threads like this. (although i think this specific thread is more about studios' kitchenettes.)

i stayed at SSR a couple of years ago and loved it. i'd recommend staying on the congress park side if possible, since it makes it easy to get to the bus hub at DTD if you decide to do any resort hopping for dinner...

We use gardengrocer.com when we stay there. Great website and great service. Enjoy SSR. It's a beautiful resort.
