Hi. We will be at SSR GV for a few nights and then on to the Disney Dream.
Can anyone please tell me what kitchen items Disney will leave for us?

For instance, how much toilet paper, how many washing machine soaps, how many dishwashing soaps, etc.? I will be placing our Garden Grocer order soon and need to know what I need to purchase/not purchase.

We will be arriving on a Thursday and departing on a Sunday.

Thanks so much!

You can get as much toilet paper and dishwasher detergent as you need, but you do have to get your own laundry detergent, since they only leave you 1 small box of that.

Thank you VERY much! Of course the thing we need most of is the thing they give less of LOL

Thanks so much! I will not order toilet paper and dishwasher detergent from Garden Grocer.

The last time we stayed in a GV at SSR, there was 2 boxes of Tide. I used one and on towel exchange I got another 2 boxes.

We are staying one night in a 2 bedroom at BLT and then moving to SSR when the rest of the family joins us.
I'll also take what I can from the one night stay at BLT and bring to SSR.
There will be lots of us and we are then doing a cruise after 4 days of SSR so we will have plenty of laundry.

I do not think I'll have towel service since we will be at SSR from Thursday and departing on Sunday morning.

Thanks so much!

Think of it this way. Anything to help take care of the villa, you can get as much as you need - paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. But stuff you need to take care of you, soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, you are limited to what you get when you arrive and on each service day.

We were just in a GV at OKW and only got one single use box of Tide on each service day. I did bring a smaller jug of liquid Tide and we used that. Plus you'll need your own dryer sheets or fabric softener.

And they don't supply sugar, salt, pepper, coffee filters (but you will get one filter pack of coffee each service day). So if you drink coffee, you'll need to bring some of that. I bought the Maxwell House prefiltered coffee and it worked out great for our group.

Thank you very much! We own two other t/s and we always have to purchase our toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towels. I am SO happy to know I don't need to bring/order garbage bags/paper towels Thanks so much!

I'll bring the Tide sheets that go from the washer to the dryer (or whatever company makes them, can't remember).

I TOTALLY forgot about bringing coffee filters. I'll pack my own coffee and bring the filters.

Thanks so much!

We were in a GV at OKW in March...we started with three boxes of tide, and got three more on the 4th day. We had more soap, shampoo, creme rinse and lotion and shower gel for a month of days...we brought lots home to give to the homeless shelter. Had to dishwashing soap bottles, and got two more the fouth day, although we still had one unopened. We loved the experience so much, we got home and bought a OKW resale :thumbsup2
