SSR goodies?

Hey gang! My paperwork has arrived!

My neighbor was just over(using my computer to arrange for her air tix for their first "trip home.") and I showed off my paperwork and snazzy new backpack (dontcha just love pleather?), and she said that when he paperwork arrived (they own at BCV), they got the backpack AND an artist's rendering of the BCV. She also said I should have gotten temp membership cards, which I did not get.

Any SSR folks out there who can tell me if I should have those cards? Anyone get a rendering of our new home? Or anything else good?

I would definitely call your guide to get your temporary cards. They should have come with the package. I have also heard of others getting an artist rendering of their resort. Sadly, I did not receive one either. But if they exist, I will request one.

Anyone know?

Yes, we just signed up for SSR too. We signed up at Disney and the package came with the temporary membership cards. So I would definitely call to get them. Especially since you will need that number to book a trip. They said we wouldn't get our permanent cards till closer to the opening date.
Now about the artist' rendering, I have no clue. We didn't get one either. Maybe they haven't had one done yet since the building is still being built. Just a guess...

Well congrats on the new home!! I can't wait to book our first trip home! 5 yr anniversary next yr, so nice gift!

I did receive the litho, the temp cards and the Back pack, and it arrived in time for me to use the BP on our Labor Day trip.

For pleather, it was pretty sturdy and held up nicely to a week's worth of use. I checked it daily for stress but there was no sign of it.

When I got home I folded it up and put it back in the box for next year's trip. (Can you tell I LOVE my backpack)

They should give you a BP that will last 50 years!

Look for the temp membership cards in the inside front cover of the package (not the guide book but the package itself). There should be a clear plastic sleeve holding them.

Yes...I was going to post the same thing, amandaC. You may not have noticed them, stacy6552...they may actually be there. Check again.

If you keep it in that box, it should easily last 50 years.

I've seen the little plastic sleeve. No cards. Im sure my sales rep will get them out to me as soon as I get a hold of her though.

I purchased SSR while at Disney in Aug w/ Dec use year. I got the backpack, and temp membership cards...no litho, then again no SSR until May so maybe those purchasing after May will get a lithograph.

I got my SSR package without the temp. cards too. While I was on the phone with one of the quality assurance rep. I was told the cards should have been in the package. Since my guide was working on the disney cruisew, the QA rep. mailed it to me. You should call DVC for them. As for the SSR prints. they will be mailed to us when they are available.

that the whole package came in! Mine was floating around inside the main box. Your number won't work until your final deposit payment goes thru, at least that's what I was told yesterday.

Good Luck finding it!

Hey gang. I spoke with the QA folks and my guide, yesterday. There will be lithos for SSR and when they are ready, we will be sent them.
