Maybe they are a cast member who bought the points for $62 a point, and now they are making some quick dollars now that the price went up - that would be a heck of a good investment!

I am a newbie so I could be wrong but... I thought you could not use the points before the completion of your unit and the first unit was not set to open until May 1st at the earliest. The copy for that resale said that 135 points due on April 1, 2004 but could be borrowed if necessary. Is that correct?

how can you list for sale something you dont own yet? Nobody closes until April at the earliest.

I have to agree with Stacy. I think the earliest is actually May 1 for closing how could someone sell what they have not even closed on themselves.
