which area is best if you want a view of and be able to walk to DTD. is it congress park or grandstand TIA

Congress Park, but not all overlook DTD obviously.

The bridge from Congress Park to DTD Marketplace is not yet open. There is no official word as to when it will open.

There is also a bridge near the Carriage House to DTD West Side which is still open.
