SSR & DTD from BWV?

We want to check out SSR and then go shopping at DTD one night on our June trip. I'm assuming our best option is to drive from BWV? Am I'm correct? Thanks.

you could drive or simply take the bus to downtown disney and either walk over to SRS or if boat is running take that.

Friendship Boat to MGM
Bus to TTC
Monorail to MK
Bus to OKW
Pontoon to DTD
Walk to SSR via walkway by Cirque.

Be sure to get an early start.

I would just drive. Busses to and from DTD can take forever. After they pickup from DTD, they stop at PI, then if Typhoon Lagoon is still open, they stop there. Parking can be difficult at DTD, I've found it's easier to park over by the McDonalds, closer to PI.

that's really the scenic route and since during mh we'll be going over from bcv, that's just what we will do, i always enjoy disney transport, and that covers all the forms in 1 trip

Drive time from BWV to DD, SSR or OKW is no more than 10 minutes each. The bus could easily take 45 minutes to an hour. The only possible plus to taking the bus is at night when you might not want to deal with the parking lot at DD.
