Unless the offers have been tweaked a bit in recent days, the current options for non-members are:
1. Get $10 off per point (net cost of $85 per point) with first points coming no sooner than March 2005. No maintenance, finance payments or accrued interest due until mid-May '05.
OR
2. Pay base cost of $95 per point and get the "free vacation." As Noelle said, the free vacation amounted to an additional set of Developer's Points equivalent to the number that you purchased which can be used now (subject to availability at the resorts.)
The Annual Passes were part of a promotion offered to current members only. But, they were also doing some unique things for CA residents only since
DVC was just recently approved to sell SSR points in that state.
The Complimentary Vacation is still mentioned on the main DVC web site, so I assume that offer is still valid today. But you'll want to speak to a Guide to really get the scoop.
