SSR couches

We are headed for our first SSR visit in Nov. in a studio. We will need to use the pull out couch. Has anyone purchased a mattress topper from amazon and had one delivered there? We are flying so can’t bring it. What did you do with it when you left? I’m thinking the extra $100 might be worth it if it means better sleep.

I think people just leave them and the resorts keep them for requests. You might even find you could get one on request but the gamble may not be worth it vs definitely having it there for all your nights.

Who gets to sleep on the sleeper sofa? If a kid, don't worry about it.

Have you booked standard or preferred?
Probably by november two buildings will be renovated, if you booked preferred you may want to request a refurbished room, in order to get the pull down Murphy beds. A bit of luck would be required, though, I guess it'll be a popular request.

We have a standard view so no new Murphy beds for us.

Yes, $100 is worth it even if you have to leave the topper behind.

They are replacing the sofa beds at SSR with a much better product during this refurbishment.

It would be our 3 year old granddaughter who sometimes insists on sleeping with Grandma (me). Or grandpa would be on sofa in which case a topper is a must lol!
