SSR Congress Park Boat noise

Interested in staying in Congress Park so we can easily walk to Disney Springs. I've eaten outside at the Boathouse enough to notice that the boats honk their horns every time they pass one another, and always wondered if those staying in Congress Park can hear it. If you can hear it, how late and how early do the boats run?

Congress Park is our favorite. Neither of us have noticed it when we are in the room.

At SSR we typically stay at Congress Park for the view and easy access to Disney Springs. I don't recall the boat horns disturbing us in the room.

The Disney Springs boats are not currently running, so zero boat noise right now.

Thanks for everyone's feedback! We are planning a May 2022 trip so I'm just assuming the boats might be back up and running by then.
