SSR Building to request?

Going to WDW on a girlie long week-end with my DD10, her friend 10 and my mom. We arrive early on a Thursday and leave late afternoon on Sunday - Flower & Garden Festival . We have a studio booked at Saratoga Springs. DD's friend takes riding lessons so the resort theme should be perfect.

What building would you recommend? Is there a building that would put us close to the main pool, restaurant and a bus stop?... I know, I know I'm nut asking for much

We liked the Grandstand as it was the first stop for the busses. Always got onto an empty bus in the morning. It's far from the paddock pool (newly refurbished last year) so it's easiest to hop the bus to the paddock side to go to that pool. The paddock also has the big water slide.

It's a short walk to the "Main Pool" at the Springs. they do the Movie under the starts at that pool and it's closest to the food/bar. You also have a pool at the grandstand as well, but it's the smallest pool and has a Horse themed water play area.

I really liked it, but I'm looking forward to exploring other resorts we haven't seen yet.

I'll second Grandstand for your girls. Request one of the two buildings nearest the Grandstand pool. It's a quick walk to the Carriage House and the main pool.

If you want to be close to DTD via a walkway COngress Park is a great place to be, you are about a 5 minute walk to the Springs and the Artist Pallet from there.
If you are going to be there in the warmer weather the Paddock Pool is really nice!

What's the difference between the main pool and Paddock Pool? My DD10 loves big slides, but the rest of us like a location that's convenient to food, drinks and our room.

Grandstand for sure! It is close to everything and you are the first on and first off. The pool has a splash zone area for kids and a bigger pool as well.

The paddock has a tunnel slide into the pool and a kids water play area at the pool as well

Springs or Paddock, would be my choice...
