SSR Building Request - Questions

We're celebrating our 25th anniversary and will be going to SSR in 12 days (our first trip home!!) and want to request Congress Park (since I believe it is closest to DTD). We're taking our 15 yo DD and my brother for 8 days and will have a 2 bedroom and then DH and I will move to a one bedroom for 10 wonderful days by ourselves!

A couple of questions I hope someone can answer: Are the buildings two or three stories? And do I call or fax the request in? What number do I call or fax?

You've all been a fabulous source of information and although I don't post a lot, I do read the DIS boards daily and have compiled a whole file of tips for our trip. Can't wait to report back on our trip.

Just call MS and tell them you want to make a request for your building location. I'm sure they'll tell you, like they've told me, there is no gaurentee that you'll get your request, but I've always gotten mine.

The buildings are 3 stories high.

The buildings are 3 stories high.

While sections of each SSR building are indeed 3 stories high, for the most part the building is 4 stories tall.
