Since my DIL enjoyed walking ( must be the older you get, the more energy you have to walk), they took their little stroll and refill my mug for me every morning.

This has been a longstanding tradition among SSR Regulars... the Designated Morning Coffee Runner. We even have a standard greeting and secret code to share our experiences and give tips on pertinent changes with fellow runners. "Press chocolate button once, it stops itself. Decaf running low, take the scenic route while the pot brews. Fuzzy bunnies foraging, take the bushy route."
3-Mug Runners automatically get the biggest high fives (balancing 3 hot mugs while walking takes coordination and confidence) while 4 and 5-Muggers are just pitied. (Any family dooming one member to juggle that many filled mugs solo does not deserve the kindness.) Those who come equipped with mug trays and tote bags of breakfast fare are often given invites to join a new family.
Dress codes are non-existent. I prefer my fuzzy slippers and whatever I rolled outa bed in for my earliest runs.

I'm really looking forward to seeing it.. I love the fact that it is so spaced out.. I plan to jog and walk around to get some extra excercise in!!!
