SSR availability for closeing

I am not really sure how to phrase this question but I will give it a shot.
Does any one know if their are buildings/rooms completed for sale at SSR.

If I buy in would I have to wait for a building to be completed before I close?

I have a lot of Questions and I am surprised that DVC is closed on Sundays.

Any help is appreciated

We just sent back our paperwork to disney for SSR. They offered us a September 05 use year or a December 05 use year. But a guide subbing for my guide told us that we could get a December 04 use year. There was no discount on points but no dues for 04 either, so we got 200 points now and 200 Dec 05. We felt like it was kindof like renting points without the hassle.
