SSR and BCV add on ????

I know, I really should ask my guide. But I have called her with so many questions lately, I really hate to ask another.
So, we are interested in adding on at both SSR and BCV. BCV is our home resort. Will they combine the add ons so I can get magical beginnings at BCV and the discount at SSR? We were looking at 126 for SSR and 50 for BCV. I really just want to know if they would give us the magical beginnings for the BCV points.
I know they said they were sold out, but my guide said she had 70 left in my use year.

I was told by my guide yesterday that they won't offer MB on any sold out resort.
