We are taking our first trip home in just 33 days!!!!!! So in need of a vacation by this time. We have never stayed at SSR before and are travelling with our 5 and 7yo. Which bg do you think building do you find most convenient? I am more concerned about busses than distance to downtown Disney. Thanks in advance!!!

Grandstand is the first bus stop. Grandstand has a pool with kid play area pool bar and refill station, and is still quite close to the main pool and resort dining.
(The 2 Grandstand pool buildings are as close to the main area as Springs. Springs is the last bus stop)

we stayed at Grandstand with a 4, 9, and 12 year old this summer. It was a perfect location. It was the first bus stop. It had a large pool with bar/filling station, hot tub and sprinkler area. It was a short walk to the main pool and Artists's Palette. I'd request it again.

We stayed in the Springs in May really liked it. It is however the last bus stop, so it's possible some of the buses will be full by the time they get to you. You are a very short walk to the main pool and Artist's Palette however. Like others have stated, Grandstand is probably better if you are looking for bus stop convenience. Hope you have a great trip! :)

we stayed at congress park right near DTD and the one before the last stop we never found the bus busy and if we were out at boarwalk or other resorts we knew we didnt always have to wait for SSR as DTD was so close as well
