SSR Accomodations

I have a two bedroom in SSR that I exchanged into for the last week of May. My confirmation from II says that the second bedroom either has 2 Queen beds, or 1 Queen and a pullout.

Does anyone know the likelihood of getting a unit that has 2 Queens in the second bedroom? Are there certain sections of SSR that have units with 2 Queens, and other sections that have units with the pullout?

I know we'll have a pullout in the living room, I'm just trying to avoid having a pullout as the second bed in the second bedroom.

You can call before you go and tell the CM at check-in if you need a room with a 2nd Queen Bed and they'll try to fit you into one. Not too sure if sections are set up like that but i'd doubt it.

FWIW, the pullouts at SSR are very nice & comfortable.

You'll do better posting this on the DVC boards, someone there will be able to give you the breakdown of how many of each type of 2BR there is and what is usually given for a trade out. There are both types throughout SSR. 2BR's are either "dedicated" or "lockouts". Dedicated is just that, the 2nd br will have 2 queens. A lockout is a combination of a 1BR + a studio, so there will be a queen & pullout in the studio/2nd br section.

Thanks for the replies. I have now posted my question on the DVC board.

If this thread needs to be closed/removed I wont be offended.....especially if there are rules against duplicate threads.
