hi all,

We're heading to Disney June 4-10 and currently have a 2BR SSR booked (booked late, but haven't been to SSR yet so it's all good).

We are on a wait list for a 1-br bay lake tower lake view, as that's about the same amount of points and it is what we can afford.

For background: We have a 13 yo and 8 yo boy and 11 yo girl. We have previously done one-BRs at OKW, AK kidani, and BWV.

Bay lake would be awesome, but so would a 2-br room!

The thought occurred to me that perhaps I should drop the wait list as we may rather go with a 2 br. Any thoughts?

With 3 kids I would stay with SSR. Being able to put the kids and their stuff in a bedroom and close the door will be worth it. They can be separated too. We really like SSR though my friends don't like it. You can get to DTD easily and the pools are very nice.

I would do the 2BR. The 2 BR, 2BR and the number of pools and entertainment are perfect for kids your age. It's an easy walk everywhere and the community hall team is great. Throw is easy access to DTD for nightlife and you have a winning combination. But I may be prejudiced -- I own SSR and love it.

I would probably do SSR but if you really want to give BLT a try, it is a great resort. One thing is the one bedroom at BLT has an extra bathroom so either way you would have 2 bathrooms but having an extra bedroom with your kids being a little older now would probably be better. I'm sure your boys would appreciate their own beds.
