SSR 2017 Points Chart

Looking at 2017 points chart for SSR. Does anyone know what a Standard vs Preferred room is? I can't find any details on the member site. I assume location??? I hope my favorite location is standard.

Springs and Congress Park are preferred, Carousel, Paddocks and Grandstand will be standard.
