SSR 2 bedroom differences

Ok, so I'm still a little confused. I'm going to book my first stay and there's options of 2 bedroom or 2 bedroom lockoff. Does it really matter? Does one have more room than the other? It's 4 adults and 1 child if that matters.

Lockoff is a 1BR and a studio with a connecting interior door. So, a few things it'll have:

• Two doors to the outside (one for each "unit")
• The second bedroom is basically a studio - queen bed, murphy bed, kitchenette

A dedicated is one unit. Built as a 2BR, not as something that can be booked as separate.

• No door to the outside world in the second bedroom
• Second bedroom will not have a kitchenette
• Second bedroom will have two queen beds, real ones

So it kind of depends how you were planning to spread the group out. Many people booking dedicated units who want to put kids in bedroom 2 are happy not have have an exterior door on it.

Thank you. That does help. They will have the little in the bedroom with them and probably shouldn't have an outside door, especially if we aren't in there with her for nap time. I would hate to think we were watching TV and she took off!! Thanks again!

In our experience, putting the slide lock on the door will effectively stop children from going out the door - its far too tall for kids who are nap age. (Now, when they are twelve). But having a second kitchenette - with a second coffee maker, can make your guests feel independent.

if they cant reach the slide lock,,,not sure if they can reach the coffee maker....lol
