SSR #1 DVC on trip advisor!

Apples vs. oranges time: I was high on the qualitative content of the AKL reviews, because that is a different element than aggregate quantitatively based rankings.

That doesn't seem to change the fact that the qualitative content of the SSR reviews is more favorable than the qualitative content of the AKL reviews. Not that I'm saying one is better than the other, of course. I'll leave that to you.

I'm very happy to see my beloved Wilderness Lodge only came in two notches below the Holiday Inn Express, and the Villas not too far down from there!

We are really hobb-nobbing with the upper-crust now...

AND I MIGHT ADD-- After finishing within striking distance of the elite Holiday Inn Express, I had better NEVER read another slam on WL/VWL..

One more time...the topic of this thread is the trip advisor ratings...NOT "my resort is better than your resort." Return this thread to topic. Continually posting off topic comments and posts is against DIS posting guidelines. Off topic posts will be deleted, and infractions issued.

STOP BEATING UP MY BELOVED HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS. Look at its advantages:

1. Free breakfast (bagel)
2. Anything with EXPRESS in its title just has to be good and fast
3. Free entertainment (listen to your neighbors argue through the paper thin walls)
4. Free water entertainment (ok, I know its just a shower, but use your imagination)
5. No thermostats to worry about turning on and off automatically for you. Two temperatures available: HOT (summer time), COOL to COLD (winter time)
6. Free shuttle to Disney...twice a day

Seriously folks, this thread is amazing to read. Why do you all get up in arms over a review? I love SSR? I hate SSR? I love....wait....love makes the world go round
