Well, it is the same company (onlinesupplier.com.) Besides not receiving credit they are a real pain to get a hold of as well!

I did it today and did not receive credit yet. I'm not sure if it went thru - it wants you to sign in a box using your mouse and it never took mine - it kept saying the signature was too smallm even though I tried to fill the whole box with a scibble signature, so I just closed the window. I'll let you know if I get credit or if I get charged for the shipping fee.

I got credit but just checked my credit card and have not yet been charged the S/H fee.

I just finished this one up. I signed up on Monday and cancelled today. It credited the $10 to SR within a couple of days.

The cancellation was very professional. The man that answered the phone spoke very clear English. I got his name and operator number, and he gave me a cancellation number and asked me to repeat it back to him. No pressure to keep the account open at all.
