SR - Almost 4weeks still no credit???

Anyone know if this is normal? I did the Stamps.com offer the last time it was offered, went through all the steps even used it. But still haven't gotten credit for it yet. Anyone else in the same boat?
 
I got credit within a day or two. Sorry this isn't working for you. I'll keep my fingers crossed it credits soon!
 
I am still waiting for several credits from about a month ago. Still have not been credited for FitMD or Psychics4free as well as a bunch of surveys. I ended up sending off an email tonight because I would really like to get those things credited before the end of the month promo.
 

I got credit within a day.
(Also, when I called to Stamps.com to cancel they were very, very nice on the phone. I had absolutely no problem cancelling :))
 
I never did get credit for stamps.com. I just wrote it off.
 
I've never been paid for sign ups that were free, like newsletters. I sure get the emails from the companies and tons of disgusting spam.

I've also not been paid for a shopping credit. It's been over 2 weeks since I shopped. I waited 10 days and sent an email with proof, but I've received no credit. Next time I'm shopping with QR or CR. I shop with this store quite often and for several years using rewards with no problem.
 
I haven't received my stamps.com credit either. I did receive a quick credit for a shop that I have had trouble with on another site.
 
I'm at the point where I will chalk it up to whatever, but once I have the chance to cash out I'm cancelling my account.
 
Go to the site and fill out a Trouble Ticket. I had a problem where I never got credit for Netflix. I sent in a trouble ticket and in a couple of days Tricia emailed me back, I forwarded my Netfilx confirmation email to her and I was credited.

Go to the Member Zone. The link to start a new Trouble Ticket is at the bottom of the page.

Tricia is very reponsive. How you all get it straightened out.
 
I was also going to suggest a trouble ticket. I had trouble getting credit for Netflix and Tricia resolved it very, very quickly. Good luck!!
 
I third that idea. I filled one out for netflix and it was taken care of. April
 
Ack! I logged in tonight and saw 3 messages with "SR" in the title.

If you have trouble getting credit for things, do not feel bad at all about submitting a trouble ticket and emailing me both. With almost 3000 members now, I get a lot of email traffic each day. We have about 500 different merchants that we deal with each week as well to try to negotiate better rates, coupons, etc. for the shopping and offers. It is such an insane amount of email that I am seriously (like Bonnie at CTTM thinking about hiring help!).

I try my best to get credit out of the merchants even when they do not want to give it to me so that the members do not lose out. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. You wouldn't believe it, but there are major companies who do not pay their advertising bills to their advertisers for up to 4 months after the sales. It is frustrating. But they are popular merchants, so I have to put up with them.

I totally apologize for any emails or credits that have passed through. Know that I continue to work through emails and trouble tickets all evening and most weekends to stay caught up and responsive. But sometimes things do slip through. :(
 
I took all your advice and did a trouble ticket and Tricia was wicked fast in resolving it!!! Thanks y'all and to Tricia!
